In November 2008, I received my Certified Residential Investment Specialist Designation. What this means to you is that I have been trained to evaluate income-producing properties and can guide you in making informed decisions. I'm a true believer that investing in real estate is not the same as speculating in real estate. The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. In 2010, I joined ranks with other other ABR specialists committed to brining excellence to the buying experience.
In 2011, I added my Certiifed Distressed Property Expert designation. Why, you might ask. There’s an old saying, “Bad Things Often Happen to Good People.” In today’s economy, we are unfortunately seeing this become more and more true. I have countless friends and clients who have lost their jobs, are working more hours for less money, battling health issues that prevent them from being gainfully employed and are finding it more and more difficult to put food on the table for their families, let alone pay their mortgages. After working successfully for eight years in real estate, I believe that I can help homeowners avoid foreclosure and get back to the business of living. As a trained CDPE, my goal is to help homeowners prevent foreclosure and restore stability and sanity to their lives.
